Responsibilities
- Oversee daily lounge operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, health & safety compliance, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and coordinate teams including Reception, Front of House, Cleaning, Maintenance, and Good Receiving.
- Manage business performance: monitor sales, profitability, budgets, and operational KPIs.
- Support new lounge launches by coordinating pre-opening activities, staff training, and supplier management.
- Handle staff scheduling, performance appraisals, training, and development initiatives.
- Maintain stock, cash handling, administration, and ensure compliance with SOPs, licensing, and quality standards.
- Plan menus with the Kitchen Manager and regional culinary team, organize marketing activities, and resolve guest or partner concerns professionally.
- Continuously identify improvements to operational efficiency, guest experience, and staff performance.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous management experience in hospitality, hotel, or airport lounge operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and guest service skills.
- Calm, resilient, and accountable under pressure.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations, food hygiene, and compliance standards.
- Multilingual skills are an asset.
