About the Role:
We are seeking a Fleet Associate to manage company vehicle accidents, insurance coordination, and all related government procedures, including licensing and traffic matters. The role also oversees vehicle tracking systems, monitors fleet performance, and ensures compliance with regulations.
The successful candidate will prepare fleet-related reports, support spare parts warehouse activities, and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant fleet operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in fleet management or a similar field.
- Good in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee company vehicle accidents, coordinate with insurance providers, and ensure proper repair and reporting.
- Supervise and follow up on traffic violations, ensure timely payment within the specified period, prepare related reports, and assign responsibility to the concerned driver for each violation.
- Supervise vehicle monitoring through the fleet tracking platform, review and follow up on system alerts, and ensure all tracking devices and sensors are functioning properly. Generate tracking reports and analyze data to enhance fleet performance while controlling improper behaviors and unauthorized incidents.
- Ensure all vehicle documents and license plates are valid and available, issuing replacements when required.
- Prepare fleet and spare parts warehouse reports and coordinate with internal departments and external entities.
