We are looking for an experienced Land Freight Supervisor / Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of our land freight services.
This role is ideal for someone who can handle day-to-day land operations, manage third-party transport partners, and support business growth by activating new services, routes, and solutions.

- Manage daily land freight operations (FTL / LTL / Cross-border if applicable)
- Coordinate with subcontracted transporters and trucking partners
- Monitor delivery performance, costs, and operational KPIs
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and documentation
- Support service development and business growth initiatives
- Prepare reports and drive continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience in land freight operations within a freight forwarding company
- Strong coordination, vendor management, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
