The Executive Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and seamless operation of the Executive Management Office. The role provides high-level executive and administrative support to C-suite leadership while acting as a central coordination point between senior executives, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
This position requires a highly organized, discreet, and proactive professional capable of operating in a fast-paced, complex airline environment, with frequent exposure to executive leadership and board-level matters.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support to C-suite leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and day-to-day office operations.
- Actively follow up on high-priority strategic initiatives, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure alignment, timely execution, and closure.
- Prepare periodic reports, summaries, and briefs for executive management related to administrative, operational, and employee-related matters.
- Manage and prioritize correspondence on behalf of executive leadership, including emails, calls, and official communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Draft, review, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings.
- Maintain, organize, and safeguard confidential documents, records, and files related to executive management, the Board of Directors, and company business.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for senior management meetings, executive forums, and board-related sessions.
- Coordinate internal and external engagements for executive leadership, including corporate meetings, conferences, and strategic events, in collaboration with relevant business owners.
- Serve as a primary liaison between the Executive Management Office and senior leaders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items.
- Oversee office logistics, facilities, and supplies for the Executive Management Office, and prepare and manage the annual office budget.
- Maintain the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality in all matters related to executive management, the Board, and company operations.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proven ability to interact professionally and confidently with senior executives and stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated teamwork, sound judgment, and professionalism.
- Demonstrated the ability to manage confidential information, executive correspondence, and high-level coordination
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Prior experience supporting C-suite executives, executive committees, or board-level stakeholders
