We are hiring a Engineering & Operational Excellence leader to drive reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive Operational Excellence through Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
* Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), reduce downtime, and enhance productivity.
* Lead energy management initiatives to optimize consumption and improve efficiency
* Drive waste reduction programs across production, utilities, and processes
* Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
* Lead Capital & Industrial projects from planning to execution
* Strengthen food-grade engineering practices aligned with FSSC 22000 (Food Safety Management System)
* Develop engineering teams and build a strong safety culture
Ideal Profile
* 5 - 10 years in food manufacturing
* Mechanical or Industrial Engineering background
* Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Energy Management, and Project Management
* Strong leadership presence with a hands-on operational mindset
