This role serves as the primary point of contact for the GM, manages a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, and acts as a key liaison between the GM, internal staff, and external partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the GM’s complex calendar, prioritizing meetings and commitments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the GM, screening and managing incoming communications.
- Coordinate meetings, deadlines, and cross-departmental deliverables to ensure alignment and preparedness.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
- Arrange and manage domestic and international travel logistics and detailed itineraries.
- Anticipate needs and ensure the GM is fully prepared for meetings, follow-ups, and key initiatives.
- Support special projects through research, data compilation, and administrative coordination.
- Oversee executive office operations, including vendor management, supplies, and equipment functionality.
- Coordinate internal meetings and events, including logistics and room setup.
- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, including onboarding coordination.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
- Provide additional administrative support to departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant administrative tools.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs.
