Talent Acquisition Specialist | MAF Retail | Head Office Jordan
ROLE SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for assisting with business strategy pertaining to recruitment, talent management and staff development. The role holder is also responsible for assisting in standardizing and implementing Human Capital policies and procedures within the country.
ROLE PROFILE
- Source and interact with recruitment vendors and negotiate contract.
- Stay updated about relevant HC Standard Management system (policies, procedures and forms.
- Work towards aligning procedures and forms required locally (e.g. legal requirements
- Assist in the manpower planning for the head office.
- Provide suggestions on how to address the employee engagement and customer satisfaction challenge.
- Implement training and performance management systems initiated by the Corporate Head Office.
- Monitor the proper documentation after implementation for audit purpose.
- Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or HR.
- HR.2-4 years in HC administration and recruitment.
- Time management.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Interpersonal skill.
