Sales and Admission Officer
Picasso School is looking for a motivated Sales and Admission Officer with strong communication skills and a passion for education. The ideal candidate will support families throughout the admissions process while providing thoughtful academic guidance and promoting the school’s values and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily walk-in and phone inquiries professionally
- Counsel students and parents about available courses and career opportunities
- Convert leads to enrollments by explaining benefits, fees, and placement support
- Maintain follow-up with interested candidates via phone and WhatsApp
- Track leads and admission data using Excel or CRM
- Support in daily admission reports
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and sales communication skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and empathetic in student and parent interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in front desk, admissions, or sales roles.
- Based in Amman and available for a full-time role.
