Responsibilities:
· Manage and coordinate import and export sea freight shipments.
· Attend to the shipping inquiries
· Negotiate rates with overseas agents and shipping lines.
· Arrange and manage freight bookings with carriers.
· Track shipments and update clients and internal teams on their status.
· Prepare and maintain shipment documentation.(house and master bills of lading)
Qualifications:
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate logistics data and optimize operations
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage relationships with clients and partners effectively
- Knowledge of shipping regulations, customs clearance processes, and freight management systems
- Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving abilities.
- ·Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
- A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in common office and logistics software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
