Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant located in Amman, Jordan. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls with proper etiquette, greeting and assisting visitors, and managing general receptionist duties. The role also involves performing a range of clerical tasks, coordinating office operations, and providing excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and performing Receptionist Duties
Strong Clerical Skills, with the ability to manage and organize office files and records
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to professionally address client needs
Basic computer skills, especially in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment
Prior administrative or receptionist experience is an advantage
Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
