Position Overview
As a Reception Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet visitors, guide them through the showroom experience, support the sales team, and handle customer data and payments with accuracy and professionalism.

Mecca Street Showroom — Amman, Jordan
🕒 Working Hours
Saturday – Wednesday
9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional first impression
- Offer hospitality and ensure an excellent showroom experience
- Record customer information and maintain accurate data
- Prepare daily reception and site measurement reports
- Handle customer payments and issue official receipts
- Support administrative and sales operations as needed
Qualifications
- Diploma degree (2-year program)
- No prior experience required — we provide training!
- Strong English communication skills
- Good computer and software skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
