Job Summary
We are looking for an Information Technology (IT) Support Officer to provide efficient, reliable, and high-quality technical support across the company. This role is responsible for supporting daily IT operations, ensuring smooth user experience, and maintaining essential systems, devices, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, proactive, and capable of resolving issues quickly while maintaining strong communication and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, including Windows 10 and Windows 11, with basic server administration knowledge considered an advantage.
- Effectively utilize Microsoft 365 applications, including Entra ID, Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook, to support users and ensure smooth digital collaboration.
- Maintain and manage Kaspersky Endpoint Security to ensure device protection and compliance with security standards.
- Support and administer Avaya telephony systems to enable reliable voice communication across the organization.
- Operate and monitor Hikvision Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) and Access Control systems to ensure security and operational continuity.
- Provide remote technical assistance using remote support tools, such as AnyDesk, to resolve user issues efficiently.
- Utilize Microsoft Virtual Desktop Access (VDA) to support virtual desktop environments and remote access capabilities.
- Create, edit, and manage documents using Nitro Portable Document Format (PDF) tools and Adobe Acrobat to ensure proper document handling.
- Apply basic networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VLAN configurations, to support connectivity and resolve network-related issues.
Work Experience
One to three years of experience in a related field.
