Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Sales Specialist based in Amman, Jordan. The role involves managing the entire sales process, identifying prospective customers, and maintaining relationships with clients to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, matching them with the appropriate fleet solution, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborating with the sales team and other departments for seamless operations is also a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Fleet Sales and Sales Processes to successfully navigate customer interactions and close sales.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey solutions and understand client requirements.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in the automotive industry or fleet sales is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
