Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Channel Manager to lead and grow our online sales across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer platforms. This role will be responsible for defining the strategy, managing execution, and optimizing performance across all digital touchpoints.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Channel Specialist, located in Amman. The E-Commerce Channel Specialist will oversee day-to-day management of online sales channels, develop strategies to maximize channel performance, and work closely with channel partners. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, optimizing product listings, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the commercial performance of all e-commerce channels
• Develop annual, quarterly, and long-term growth plans
• Launch, manage, and optimize product listings, campaigns, and promotions
• Oversee inventory planning, pricing strategies, and product availability
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion through data-driven actions
• Align closely with marketing team to ensure consistent content and brand communication
• Analyze performance metrics (traffic, sales, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.) and report on KPIs
• Build strong relationships with marketplace account managers and strategic partners
• Coordinate with logistics and operations for smooth fulfillment and service levels
• Identify and lead new platform expansion opportunities and commercial collaborations
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating sales data and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners
- Experience in Channel Sales and managing relationships with Channel Partners
- Background in Sales, including an understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of e-commerce retail media tools
• In-depth understanding of the Saudi market
• Experience in omnichannel commerce and digital brand alignment
