The Youth Business Program Manager is responsible for the strategic management, development, and performance of the bank’s Youth segment. The role focuses on designing and delivering innovative, data-driven youth propositions that inspire financial inclusion, digital engagement, and early relationship building, while supporting the bank’s long-term growth and customer lifecycle objectives.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Develop and lead the end-to-end strategy for the Youth segment, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all markets.
• Design and refine youth value propositions based on deep customer insights, behavioral data, and evolving lifestyle trends.
• Enhance program performance through continuous reviews, data analytics, and targeted initiatives that improve satisfaction and profitability.
• Manage budgets and pricing structures to ensure commercial viability and sustainability of youth propositions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Marketing, Digital, and Distribution—to deliver seamless, youth-focused journeys and digital-first experiences.
• Identify and implement lifestyle, education, and financial benefits tailored to youth needs, including savings, payments, and digital tools that promote financial literacy and independence.
• Lead awareness and training initiatives for front-line teams to strengthen program visibility and customer engagement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across acquisition, digital adoption, and engagement metrics to track success and inform future strategy.
• Leverage analytics and insights to identify opportunities for cross-sell and lifetime value growth as youth customers transition to other segments.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, brand standards, and regulatory frameworks governing youth products and services.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in consumer Banking, Segment Management, or Program Management role.
