Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1+ years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Jordanian accounting standards and VAT regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (ERP (Odoo) systems preferred).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail oriented with high integrity and ability to work independently.
