Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bancassurance Manager to lead and expand our bancassurance business across our partner banking channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, strengthening relationships with bank partners, and ensuring the effective execution of bancassurance strategies to achieve revenue targets and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategies to grow bancassurance sales and meet business targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with partner banks at all levels.
· Manage and support bancassurance sales teams to ensure optimal productivity.
· Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for bank staff on insurance products and sales techniques.
· Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
· Coordinate with internal teams (underwriting, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth processes and efficient service delivery.
· Oversee the development of customized bancassurance solutions and campaigns.
· Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and compliance standards.
· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of insurance products and banking processes.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
