Summary:
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.
Responsibilities
- Full P&L responsibility for the Iraq business, owning country performance end-to-end.
- Strong commercial background across all channels, Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Pharmacies, Wholesale with proven sales strategies and distributor management.
- Experience overseeing cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal) and driving smooth admin operations.
- Solid financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and understanding of profitability levers.
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes, from manufacturing to warehousing, logistics, and distribution execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in FMCG or Industrial market.
- proven experience in Middle east and specifically Iraq.
- willing to work and relocate to Iraq
- Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
