Job Objective:
To contribute to the implementation of policies and procedures of the department, ensuring the efficient and high-quality execution of tenders and projects, thereby enhancing the company's competitive edge in the market.
Responsibilities:
Policy and Procedure Implementation:
Execute the approved policies and procedures of the department to achieve set objectives.
Initiative and Project Execution:
Participate in executing departmental initiatives and projects in line with the company’s overall strategy.
Tender Qualification:
Prepare the company for tenders and ensure its accreditation by relevant authorities.
Tender Submission and Claims:
Prepare and submit tenders and related claims in a timely manner.
Tender Document Analysis:
Analyze submitted tender documents, scope of work, financial criteria, and risks, and prepare comprehensive reports for each project to submit to the direct manager.
Submission of Payment Applications and Quantity Surveying:
Prepare payment applications, conduct quantity surveying, and create necessary schedules.
Coordination with Relevant Departments:
Coordinate with relevant departments such as finance, procurement, quantity surveying, legal, etc., to ensure the successful completion of tenders.
Preparation of Periodic Reports:
Generate periodic reports on departmental activities and performance analysis.
Administrative Support:
Provide necessary support to the direct manager and perform any other tasks assigned within the scope of work.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
