Position: Service Planner
About the Role:
Will play a key role in coordinating and supporting our service operations. The ideal candidate will act as the central communication point — receiving, registering, and processing all service requests in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring efficient, accurate, and high-quality case handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and register service requests efficiently.
Plan and schedule service manpower and field teams.
Coordinate between internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
Ensure smooth communication and timely service delivery.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
Strong communication, coordination, and planning skills.
Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.
Organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
