Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Specialist in Amman. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations such as recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining employee records. The Specialist will also assist in developing HR policies, handle employee relations, monitor compliance with labor laws, and coordinate training programs. Additionally, the role involves performance management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, and Offboarding
- Knowledge of developing HR policies and handling Employee Relations
- Strong understanding of Labor Laws and ensuring compliance
- Experience in coordinating Training Programs and Performance Management
- Proficiency in Payroll Processing and Benefits Administration
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the public sector or energy industry is a plus
