Job Summary:
The HR & Admin Specialist will be responsible for managing the human resources and administrative functions for our Jordan office, while closely coordinating with and reporting to the Head Quarter Office in Dubai. This role ensures that HR operations, compliance, and administrative activities run efficiently in alignment with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Quarter Office HR team in implementing HR policies and procedures across the Jordan office.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with employee attendance, and leave management in coordination with the Dubai HR team.
- Support performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with Jordanian labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and HR documentation.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and general administration.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with the Dubai Head Office on procurement, facility management, and administrative reporting.
- Support travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a multinational or regional setup.
- Strong knowledge of Jordanian labor law and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Strong coordination skills with cross-border teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
