➤ Why this role matters
Marketing isn’t just about making things look good. It’s about telling the right story to the right people at the right time—and doing it in a way that moves the needle. On our Growth Team, marketing is the engine that fuels visibility, attracts opportunities, and helps us win.
At Construction Management Associates, we’ve been in business for 25 years. But when it comes to scaling globally, we’re still at day zero. We’re refining our brand voice, building credibility in new markets, and creating marketing systems that deliver results with precision and purpose.
That’s where the Marketing Associate comes in. You’ll be the storyteller, the builder, and the amplifier—the one who turns our expertise into compelling content, campaigns, and conversations that help drive RFPs, proposals, and contracts.
This isn’t about pushing out noise. It’s about designing a marketing engine that is strategic, measurable, and impossible to ignore.
➤ When marketing falls flat: the cost of silence
A weak marketing function doesn’t just mean fewer likes—it means fewer RFPs, weaker proposals, and lost contracts. Too many companies rely on scattered campaigns and generic messaging that never reach the right people.
Our approach is different. We treat marketing as a system—a repeatable, scalable engine that generates opportunities. From building a case study that wins trust, to running campaigns that reach decision-makers, to shaping the brand presence that gets us invited into the room, your work will be critical to every KPI on the Growth Team.
➤ What you’ll do
You’ll build and run the Marketing Engine from the ground up. You’ll create content, design campaigns, manage our digital presence, and partner with the Growth Team to ensure our brand and outreach are always in sync.
