Job Purpose:
Responsible for implementing JorAMCo and JorAMCo Academy’s marketing and media activities, including managing website backend updates, social media calendars, below-the-line media design oversight, and event support. The role ensures brand consistency across all channels, strengthens the company’s internal and external presence, and maintains effective engagement with stakeholders such as agencies, media, suppliers, and event partners.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure brand consistency by overseeing the design, review, and alignment of all marketing materials and collaterals in line with branding guidelines.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events, including exhibitions, conferences, and air shows, managing floor maps, ushers, and on-site coordination.
- Manage below-the-line (BTL) media design, ensuring quality, brand alignment, and effective delivery.
- Update and maintain the corporate website backend to ensure content and visuals are accurate and current.
- Run and manage social media content calendars, including design coordination, scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors, attend and supervise photo/video shoots, and prepare accurate reports using Excel.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications in marketing or digital media are an advantage.
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing or communications; aviation/MRO industry exposure preferred.
- Proven experience with website CMS (backend updates), social media calendar management, and campaign coordination.
- Skilled in reviewing design and content for digital platforms, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Word & Excel); familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong communication, writing, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure; willing to travel as required.
