Job Purpose: Enhance the digital Marketing channels including SEDCO’s website and social media and grow the business through generating leads. The role focuses on organic Digital campaigns Google Analytics and social media, and reporting to optimize digital performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and email — with a focus on Google Ads from A to Z, including keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategy, and performance tracking.
- Manage and optimize SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Conduct regular audits, keyword research, and implement best practices to boost organic traffic and rankings.
- Maintain and update the company website using a Content Management System (CMS). Create optimized landing pages and collaborate with the web development team to ensure high-performance and user-friendly experiences.
- Grow and manage SEDCO’s online presence across business directories and social media platforms to build brand authority and engagement.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns including newsletters and ABM workflows, aligned with B2B buyer journeys.
- Engage and grow SEDCO’s social media presence: plan and schedule posts, respond to inquiries, and monitor engagement.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Analytics, and other tools to evaluate ROI and improve results.
- Generate actionable performance reports and share insights with the marketing and sales teams for continuous improvement.
- Conduct competitive and market research to identify new trends, content opportunities, and digital lead generation strategies, particularly for cloud-based solutions and AI tools.
- Maintain CRM records for all leads generated and ensure smooth coordination with the sales team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Information Technology (BIT), Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–8 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Proven experience in building Google Ads campaigns from A to Z.
- Strong experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical optimization).
- Proficient with CMS platforms, landing page creation, and understanding of basic web development principles.
- Experience in promoting cloud-based solutions is preferred.
- Skilled in using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Solid grasp of Google Analytics, Search Console, and best reporting practices.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
