Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the company’s sales and marketing teams. By analyzing industry trends and economic indicators, you will develop accurate forecasts, align cross-functional strategies, and drive overall business growth.
This position is open to mid-level and senior-level professionals with proven experience in sales and marketing leadership — not limited to candidates currently holding managerial titles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and coach sales managers to ensure alignment with company goals and best practices.
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective marketing campaigns that support sales initiatives.
- Provide accurate sales and marketing forecasts and performance reports to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in managing sales teams.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and driving market expansion.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
