About the Role:
We’re seeking a Marketing Manager who will lead our growth efforts in the MENA region. The ideal candidate has 7–8 years of experience driving both brand and performance marketing, with proven expertise in building strategies and leading execution across diverse Gulf and non-Gulf markets. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and team leadership, overseeing a Social Media Executive and a Designer while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
● Define and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored to MENA cultural and market dynamics.
● Drive regional campaign roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and student recruitment targets.
Execution & Optimization
● Oversee digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms; manage offline activations, PR, and events via agencies/partners.
● Lead testing and optimization efforts to continuously improve CTR, CPL, CAC, and overall ROI.
Team Leadership
● Manage and mentor a Social Media Executive and Designer, ensuring delivery of impactful content and campaigns.
● Foster a high-performance culture that blends creativity with data-driven decision making.
● Ensure consistent and locally relevant messaging across Arabic and English audiences.
● Adapt campaigns to reflect Gulf vs non-Gulf market nuances while maintaining brand integrity.
Analytics & Reporting
● Track KPIs, analyze campaign results, and generate actionable insights for future growth.
● Present clear performance reports to leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with Sales, BD, Product, and regional leadership to ensure marketing is directly contributing to business outcomes.
KPIs
● Lead Generation & Conversions: Achieve quarterly lead and deposit targets while maintaining CPL/CAC benchmarks.
● Campaign ROI: Deliver 3:1+ ROAS on paid campaigns, optimizing budgets for maximum efficiency.
● Brand Growth: Improve brand visibility and engagement (direct traffic, search demand, social ER%) by 20% YoY.
● Regional Impact: Successfully execute 2–3 culturally relevant regional campaigns annually.
● Team Development: Build capabilities and ensure consistent delivery from the Social Media Executive and Designer.
Requirements
● 7–8 years of marketing experience (strategy + execution) across digital and traditional channels.
● Strong knowledge of both Gulf and non-Gulf MENA markets, with proven success in driving growth.
● Hands-on expertise with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, local MENA platforms).
● Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
● Proficiency in GA4, Excel, and campaign dashboards.
● Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to inspire and guide a small team.
● Bilingual (Arabic + English) strongly preferred.
