Main Job Description:
Responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing and creating marketing materials—including digital and print content—in collaboration with the team. Must demonstrate creativity in designing and writing advertising content, and develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve the company’s objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise all marketing campaigns, track their activities, and monitor results.
- Manage communication and negotiations with external marketing agencies.
- Oversee the design and production of various promotional materials, whether digital or physical.
- Develop future plans outlining the activities to be implemented, required budget, necessary tools, and the estimated timeline for preparation.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjust strategies as needed, and report on outcomes.
- Recommend innovative strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently and optimize spending to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Evaluate projects using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze feedback from current and potential customers.
- Guide and support team members, contributing to their professional development.
- Analyze market trends and competition, providing recommendations to improve performance and strengthen market positioning.
- Manage relationships with media outlets and influencers to raise brand awareness and boost engagement.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments such as Sales and Product Development to ensure aligned efforts and shared goals.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in creative advertising content design and copywriting.
