Key Accountabilities :
- Ensure smooth end-to-end card issuance and renewal processes, maintaining operational continuity and service quality.
- Coordinate with card processors to oversee daily performance, monitor transaction behavior, and resolve operational issues proactively.
- Manage daily card operations, including issuance, personalization, payment processing, mailings, and support functions.
- Design and implement card operations policies and procedures, driving process efficiency and compliance with regulatory.
- Ensure efficient execution of card stock end to end process.
- Enforce best practices in cards operations and stock management, maintaining accurate inventory of blank cards and supplies across all branches.
- Monitor ATM/Kiosk performance, including cash withdrawals, transaction limits, outstanding balances, and collection follow-ups.
- Track and analyze customer base KPIs, and define action plans to optimize engagement and reduce churn.
- Responsible for Customer Experience (CX) enhancement and brand awareness, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmark offerings, and support strategic planning.
- Lead the launch of new products UAT & acceptance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies, assess performance, and execute marketing campaigns; ensure alignment across operational workflows, approvals, and reporting.
- Validate and manage end-to-end campaign development with Card processor, leading innovative strategies in campaign setup, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
- Handle customer complaints and disputes, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining service quality and satisfaction.
Education & Experience:
- University degree in Finance, accounting , Business Administration.
- 5 -7 years of experience, experience in Cards operations , issuance ,reconciliations & cards stock management is a must.
