The Role
We are looking for an experienced Account Director to join our team and lead client relationships with confidence and vision. As an Account Director, you’ll be the strategic partner to our clients, ensuring their business objectives are met while inspiring internal teams to deliver exceptional work. You will oversee key accounts, mentor account managers/executives, and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align with client goals and drive measurable results.
- Oversee and guide account teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and projects on time and within budget.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and actively contribute to business development.
- Ensure clear communication between clients, creative, media, and strategy teams.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and leadership to junior and mid-level account staff.
- Monitor account profitability and ensure financial targets are met.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in account management within an advertising, marketing, or communications agency.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale accounts and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, client management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Arabic & English).
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
- A natural leader with a collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
