We’re looking for an Account Director with 10+ years of experience to lead client relationships, shape strategic marketing plans, and drive business growth. This role is the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, equal parts strategic leader, team builder, and client champion.
You’ll lead a portfolio of key clients, ensuring work is aligned with business goals and delivered on time, on budget, and with impact. Main Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building trusted, long-term relationships
- Understand client objectives, brand positioning, and marketing challenges
- Lead strategic planning and contribute to pitches, proposals, and new business efforts
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts and recommend innovative solutions
Campaign Oversight & Delivery
- Oversee multiple projects from concept through execution
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and creative quality standards are consistently met
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, media, and production teams
- Guide internal teams with clear direction and accountability
Team & Financial Management
- Mentor and develop account managers and executives
- Lead with best practices in client service, communication, and agency operations
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and billing schedules
- Monitor profitability and ensure timely billing and collection
Performance & Reporting
- Analyze campaign results and provide strategic insights
- Share regular reports with clients and internal stakeholders
- Track client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Skills & Competencies
- 10+ years in account management or client service roles, preferably in a creative or media agency
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with creative instincts and business acumen
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams under pressure
- Proficiency with CRM software, marketing tools, and project management platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field (CRM certification is a plus)
