Role Overview
We are seeking motivated Payroll & Commission Accountants to join our finance team.
These roles are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll,
commission calculations, and related reconciliations for U.S based companies, while
ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies. The positions
also support general accounting functions and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and reconcile payroll for employees across multiple entities.
- Calculate and validate commissions based on performance metrics and
- agreements.
- Maintain employee payroll and commission records with accuracy and
- confidentiality.
- Support month-end and year-end closings by preparing payroll-related journal
- entries and reconciliations.
- Generate periodic payroll and commission reports for management review.
- Support general accounting tasks as needed (GL postings, reconciliations,
- reporting).
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting (preferably payroll accounting,
- commission calculations, or general accounting).
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work U.S. business hours 3PM-12AM
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
