Role Brief:
We are seeking an experienced, collaborative and creative Digital Marketing Expert to join our team.
This role is responsible for the creation, execution of the Search Engine Optimization, Pay-per-Click, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Marketing Analytics strategies for STS.
The successful candidate needs to have rich digital marketing skills and experience working in digital marketing role. Deeply understand the importance of the customer experience and has the capability to build and optimize the personalized journey.
Through a tight collaboration with the Marketing team, this role will contribute heavily to the Demand Generation efforts and ensures optimal engagement from all STS prospects and customers alike as well as internal stakeholders, throughout their journey with STS.
The Candidate will also deliver the digital marketing support for the marketing and Communications Management at STS and contribute to the delivery and successful achievement of STS Marketing and Communications strategic Objectives.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build Digital Marketing Strategies and plans to help achieve the STS Marketing and Communications Objectives
- Manage the execution, measurement, and budget of paid marketing campaigns, including paid social, SEM, Account Based Marketing ads, retargeting, and content syndication.
- Own strategy to segment multichannel campaigns into discrete marketing tracks based on funnel stage and persona.
- Own website performance, optimizing for both conversions and SEO.
- Serve as the marketing team’s channel performance expert - sharing reports and insights and making recommendations across all marketing programs.
- Measure and optimize email marketing and outbound Sales Development Representatives campaign performance.
- Recommend new digital vendors, channels, and agencies for performance optimization.
- Manage all STS Internal and External Digital Channels and manage tools
- Manage email campaigns from production to analytics, through testing and deployment.
- Provide visibility and insights on results and recommending improvements to increase open rates, click rates, constantly improving deliverability and reducing opt outs.
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communications, Product and Sales Teams etc. to define optimal digital/ nurture programs to increase awareness, demand generation and customer retention.
- Define and run A/B tests and optimize campaigns; Utilize personalization and other techniques to increase audience engagement
- Monitor the size and quality of the marketable database and feedback course-corrective actions as needed.
- Stay informed of industry best practices & suggesting experimentations to stay ahead of the curve.
