Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent located in Amman. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will be responsible for handling reservations, assisting customers with their travel needs, managing customer service inquiries, and executing travel and tourism-related tasks. Additionally, the role involves sales responsibilities, ensuring clients receive the best travel packages.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Reservations and Travel & Tourism
- Sales skills and the ability to upsell travel packages
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems and travel-related software
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
