Key Responsibilities
We are seeking to hire a Receptionist & Administrative Support to join our client's team on a full-time basis, with the following qualifications and responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients professionally and courteously.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and office visits.
- Manage basic social media pages (Facebook – Instagram – LinkedIn).
- Create simple and engaging content (photos, short videos, posts).
- Assist with data entry and preparing reports.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team.
Required Qualifications
- Presentable appearance with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in managing social media platforms.
- Ability to create basic content and use simple design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude, fast learner, and customer-oriented personality.
- Excellent Arabic communication and good command of English.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
