Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Reservation Officer to join our team in Zarqa on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer reservations, assisting clients with booking processes, delivering exceptional customer service, and handling sales inquiries. This role also involves coordinating travel arrangements, including airline ticketing, holiday packages, and effectively addressing customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer reservations and booking processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the client journey
- Manage and process sales inquiries while maintaining strong client relationships
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including airline ticketing and holiday packages
- Design, promote, and sell customized holiday packages tailored to client needs
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Proficiency in reservations and airline ticketing processes
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven experience in sales with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in travel or hospitality sectors is an advantage
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and software
- High school diploma or higher education qualifications; relevant certifications are a plus

- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to maximize sales opportunities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure
