🎯 Position Summary:
The General Manager will lead the strategic direction and daily operations of the company. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience in the tech industry, excellent relationship-building capabilities, and a deep understanding of financial and investment planning. The GM will drive growth, build strategic partnerships, oversee financial performance, and ensure alignment across teams and departments.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
• Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s long-term strategic plan.
• Identify market expansion opportunities and lead business development initiatives.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare strategic business cases for new ventures.
2. Partnerships & Relationship Management
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, clients, and investors.
• Represent the company in tech events, industry expos, and investor meetings.
• Build connections with government bodies, incubators, and tech communities.
3. Financial Planning & Fundraising
• Manage overall financial health, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop funding strategies and lead investment negotiations (e.g., VC, grants, strategic investors).
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and oversee financial reporting.
4. Team Leadership & Organizational Development
• Lead the executive team and set performance targets aligned with company objectives.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support recruitment, retention, and development of top talent.
5. Operational Oversight
• Oversee the execution and delivery of software projects with high quality and efficiency.
• Optimize internal processes to enhance productivity and scalability.
• Adopt and encourage the use of best-in-class tools and methodologies in software development.

✅ Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum of 7 years’ leadership experience, ideally in the software/tech sector.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management, fundraising, or investment.
• Strong network in the tech, business, or investment ecosystem.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
