We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented LCL Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing logistics team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage shipping and LCL import documentation
- Support clients with inquiries and service updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth shipment handling
- Assist in LCL manifesting and related operational tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 0–1 year of experience in logistics, shipping, or documentation
- Basic understanding of LCL shipping is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
