We’re Hiring: Account Manager – Sales & Partnerships
Fast Journey is looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in food delivery platforms to join our team in Amman, Jordan.
You’ll be the primary point of contact for our restaurant partners, responsible for driving growth, onboarding new accounts, and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll work closely with our operations, marketing, and product teams to make it happen.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant partners.
• Lead acquisition efforts and onboard 100+ new restaurants monthly.
• Monitor performance KPIs and ensure partner satisfaction.
• Resolve partner concerns and optimize account performance.
• Execute daily SOPs using dashboards, reports, and CRM tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver partner success.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in a food delivery platform is mandatory.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage pressure and handle multiple accounts efficiently.
• Tech-savvy with fast learning skills for internal tools and dashboards.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Based in Amman, Jordan.
