Job Brief:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced industrial engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in developing quality management systems (QMS), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and implementing ISO standards for our clients. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to drive insights and inform decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) tailored to their specific needs and industry requirements.
- Conduct assessments and audits to ensure compliance with ISO:9001 standards and other quality management frameworks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, HRM, operations, and marketing, etc… to identify Utilize advanced Excel and Power BI skills to collect, analyze, and visualize data, and develop dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Perform variance analysis and root cause analysis to identify trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and strategic objectives.
- Provide training and support to clients on quality management principles and data analysis tools.
- Coordinates implementation with different stakeholders.
- Maintains minutes of meetings and coordinates with stakeholders as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
- Experience 7+ years.
- Proven experience in quality management consulting, developing QMS, SOPs, and implementing ISO:9001 standards.
- Strong expertise in data analysis using advanced Excel functions and Power BI, with a demonstrated ability to create interactive reports and dashboards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of business fields such as quality management, lean management, value stream mapping, human resource management, and project management.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ISO) is a plus.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent Arabic and English.
