This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager located in Amman, Jordan. The Site Manager will oversee daily on-site operations, manage construction crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The role also includes monitoring project timelines, troubleshooting issues, maintaining quality control, and reporting progress to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site.
- Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise all site personnel and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage resources, materials, and equipment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of +4 years of experience in site management within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
