🎯 Job Purpose
To lead and manage daily construction activities on site, ensuring successful project execution in line with company standards, project plans, and safety requirements. The Site Manager is responsible for controlling quality, coordinating site teams, and reporting directly to the Managing Director.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🔹 Planning & Execution
- Oversee daily on-site operations for residential and commercial construction projects
- Monitor progress based on technical drawings and schedules
- Supervise subcontractors, labor teams, equipment usage, and material logistics
- Ensure site operations meet time, quality, and safety standards
🔹 Communication & Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison between the site and the Managing Director, engineers, clients, and consultants
- Attend coordination meetings and submit daily/weekly progress reports
- Schedule and follow up on inspections and approvals from consultants or local authorities
🔹 Safety & Compliance
- Enforce safety protocols and site cleanliness
- Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks
- Identify and report any unsafe behaviors, hazards, or incidents immediately
🔹 Quality Assurance
- Supervise execution to ensure conformity with technical drawings and specifications
- Conduct site walkthroughs to verify workmanship, especially in finishing and structural phases
- Address and document any issues or non-conformities promptly
🔹 Site Documentation
- Maintain updated records for drawings, inspection reports, approvals, and progress photos
- Track site changes, variations, and delays with full supporting documentation
- Submit all reports to management through structured, timely systems
📋 Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- Minimum 10 years of site management experience, ideally in villa, finishing, or commercial projects
- Strong understanding of building systems and project phases
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera, and 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit)
- Able to read and interpret shop drawings, BOQs, and project specs
- Comfortable using Excel, WhatsApp, and digital reporting tools
