The Role
We’re hiring an Account Manager Team Leader to lead our Customer Success team and own the daily operations that keep our clients happy and growing.
You’ll guide a small, high-performing team that supports e-commerce managers using BusinessChat. From onboarding to retention, you’ll ensure every customer gets maximum value from our platform — while maintaining smooth, data-driven daily operations.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of Account Managers and Success Agents in day-to-day operations.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement for new and existing clients.
- Track and manage key performance metrics like retention, activation rates, and support response times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value accounts to drive product adoption and renewals.
- Identify potential churn risks and work proactively to retain clients.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to share feedback and improve the customer journey.
- Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and team training materials.
- Support the team hands-on when needed to resolve customer issues or meet tight deadlines.
What You’ll Bring
- Maximum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support Operations (preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, or telecom).
- Experience running daily operations and managing small teams or task workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM and support tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Intercom, or similar).
- Organized, analytical, and proactive with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.
