We are hiring a Senior Operations Coordinator to take direct responsibility for assigned logistics projects and support the smooth, reliable execution of daily operations. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires strong communication and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on day-to-day logistics operations for assigned projects.
- Coordinate directly with vendors including drivers, warehouses, and others.
- Communicate with assigned clients on operational matters and updates.
- Plan and monitor loading, offloading, and schedules.
- Track shipments, resolve operational issues, and keep things moving.
- Ensure documentation and operational records are properly maintained.
- Respond quickly and clearly to operational issues as they arise.
- Gradually take on more responsibility and decision-making as trust is built.

Background & Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in trucking / warehousing operations / freight forwarding.
- Strong in both written and spoken English.
- Experience using operational systems (ERP, TMS, WMS, tracking tools, or structured Excel / Google Sheets)
- Able to handle periods of high pressure and periods of lower activity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

- Is slow to respond or avoids communication.
- Is overly sensitive or struggles with direct feedback.
- Is rigid and resistant to change.
- Avoids responsibility or needs constant supervision.
