Role Description
The Sales Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan. This role involves coordinating sales operations, managing logistics for product delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient communication with clients and suppliers. The coordinator will perform sales-related administrative tasks, analyze sales data to optimize processes, and support the sales team in achieving organizational goals. Maintaining organization in shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment is also a critical aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Operations and experience in supporting sales processes and strategy implementation.
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate sales and logistical data for efficient decision-making.
- Experience in sales and customer relationship management, with the ability to drive positive results.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or supply chain and logistics.
- Knowledge of defense and security products or industry experience is a plus.
