Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Amman. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, managing production schedules, implementing production plans, and ensuring that all production processes are carried out efficiently. They will supervise production staff, monitor equipment performance, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Effective communication with team members and other departments will be essential to ensure smooth operations and address any production issues promptly.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
✅ Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in:
– Food Technology
– Food Manufacturing
– Industrial or Food Engineering
– Or any related field in food industries
✅ Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in food manufacturing factories (such as meat, poultry, sauces, mayonnaise, pastries, etc.)
✅ Full understanding of all manufacturing operations starting from receiving raw materials, through preparation, production, packaging processes, and ending with the delivery of the final product with high quality
✅ Strong knowledge of food quality and safety systems (HACCP, ISO, GMP)
✅ Ability to lead production teams, monitor operations, and ensure productivity targets are met
✅ High leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
