Job Purpose:
To provide technical documentation, data analysis, and operational support to the Compliance and Safety Department. Responsible for authoring, reviewing, and maintaining compliance and safety documentation, analyzing safety and quality data, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, update, and control technical documents, manuals, procedures, and compliance records in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures
- Liaise with the Compliance Manager and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance of all documentation
- Monitor regulatory authority updates (e.g., EASA, local CAA) for changes affecting MRO operations; summarize and communicate relevant changes.
- Develop and maintain data analysis processes, dashboards, and reports to support compliance and safety monitoring.
- Analyze safety and quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement; present findings to management.
- Support audits and inspections by preparing required documentation and data extracts.
- Interface with other departments and IT/system administrators to ensure seamless data exchange and integration.
- Participate in the development and implementation of digital solutions for document management and data analytics.
- Perform any other roles and responsibilities within the scope of his / her specialization as assigned by the direct manager.
- Adhere to company and department approved system, policies, procedures in perform his/her duties.
- Participate in environmental protection programs (energy and water saving, waste segregation,) and notify for any environmental related nonconformities.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Aeronautical Engineering, Data Science, Technical Communication, or any related filed.
- 2 years of experience in MRO Aviation related work environment desired but not essential.
- Experience within a Part 145 Quality organization desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in English language (verbal and written)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
- Ability to analyze, interpret and present safety and Quality data.
