🔹 Position: Finance Manager
🔹 Location: Telescope Medical Center - Amman
🔹 Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in the health sector or medical centers.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and standards.
- Monitor cash flow and develop strategies for financial performance improvement.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as needed.
✨ Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical center or healthcare organization
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial best practices
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
