Job Description
Handle all warehouse activities including the receipt, storage, transport of raw materials andor finished goods and maintain it in a clean, neat and orderly manner, in addition to keep accurate records of existing inventory and prepare reports as required in compliance with cGMP and SOPs towards achieve the set plans.
Executive & Technical Duties
- Maintain the warehouse, records area, and stores area in a clean, neat, and orderly manner in compliance with the cGMP.
- Handle all merchandise and shipments to store them according to the safety regulations and record the required information accordingly.
- Transfer the materials or merchandise from quarantine to the release area along with keeping the related required documents and system records up to date.
- Load and unload trucks with materials and stack materials.
- Maintain timely and accurate records of received and issued merchandise and shipments on the inventory system that includes identifying all information and updating those records as needed.
- Track damages and discrepancies on stored and received merchandise and shipments, if any, and report them accordingly.
- Provide documentation with purchase orders, reports, and documents as required.
- Prepare and the POs as well as enter all warehouse transactions on the ERP system in case of the absence of the direct supervisor.
- Ensure continuous product flow throughout warehouse operations by promptly resolving issues and coordinating with relevant departments to minimize process cycle time.
- Regularly inspect inventory in leased external warehouses to ensure alignment and cost efficiency between inventory quantity and leased space to align with both current and future needs.
- Maintain accurate inventory lists by conducting regular and annual inventory audits as per the SOP.
- Be responsible for effectively collaborating with the team and promptly resolving issues related to employees or warehouse processes independently during night shifts.
General Administrative Duties
- Ensure compliance with relevant national and international health, safety and environmental laws and policies as well as maintain the records and reports of HSE aspects.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bs. degree in Logistics or any related field as per the country regulations
- A minimum of two years experience in a related field.
- Good written, read and spoken English and Arabic languages.
