Job Summary:
MTacTac is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our executive-level clients, primarily CEOs and senior leaders, by managing their business tasks and coordinating operational activities. The ideal candidate should possess advanced proficiency in various digital tools, demonstrate strong analytical skills, and have the ability to effectively manage a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior executives with operational coordination and task management.
- Build advanced Excel reports and visual dashboards using Power BI.
- Create high-impact presentations and business documents.
- Conduct market research, business modeling, and strategy planning.
- Manage digital content, social media, and design via Canva and Figma.
- Lead teams, delegate tasks, and maintain professional communication in Arabic and English.
- Lead meetings with stakeholders and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Assist with CV creation and email drafting for executive-level clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations coordination or executive support roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including charts, visualizations, lookups, and complex data analysis.
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills to produce sophisticated presentations.
- Proficiency in Power BI for creating insightful business dashboards.
- Strong experience in business modeling, market research, and strategic business planning.
- Demonstrable experience with social media content creation and digital identity management.
- Skilled in graphic design tools like Canva and Figma.
- Knowledge of lean management methodologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Excellent meeting comprehension and proven ability to create clear, concise, and actionable Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Proven experience in managing teams, delegating effectively, and driving organizational performance.
