Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Officer to support our operations by managing CRM system, reviewing contracts, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have attention to details and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and tracking upcoming invoices and contracts.
• Assist in contract and agreement reviews, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Track and monitor RFPs on various portals and share relevant opportunities with the team.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for team members when needed.
• Handle necessary administrative documentation.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
