We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Operations Officer to join our growing team in Jordan. This role is essential in bridging our international offices with vendors and factories, ensuring seamless coordination across production, quality control, and logistics.
You will be overseeing day-to-day operations, keeping our production pipeline running smoothly, ensuring Figurama's high-quality standards, and tracking every detail from raw material sourcing to final shipments.
Responsibilities
- Supervise production schedules and ensure alignment between factories, QC teams, and global campaign timelines
- Coordinate with vendors and QC officers to uphold quality standards and meet deadlines
- Track daily progress, flag conflicts early, and report directly to the Operations Manager
- Oversee material sourcing and assist in selecting suitable materials for product parts (e.g. PVC, polystone, ABS)
- Monitor shipments, support in documentation, and align with teams for logistics solutions
- Conduct market research for new vendors, factories, and materials
- Ensure damage prevention strategies are followed to meet our KPIs
- Collaborate with customer support on any production-related issues or replacements
Qualifications
- Strong background in operations, production, or supply chain management.
- Experience coordinating with factories and managing cross-border communication
- Excellent command of English language skills
- Sharp problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Attention to detail, with solid documentation and reporting habits
- Experience in manufacturing and production is a plus
- Familiarity with PVC production processes is a strong advantage
